Academic Lead / Director 1 – Professor Nelarine Cornelius (PhD)

Prof. Nelarine Cornelius is Professor of Organization Studies and was previously Professor of HRM and Organization Studies and HRM, Associate Dean, Research and Director, Bradford Centre for Business in Society at the University of Bradford. Professor Cornelius’ research is in the areas of social justice, business in society and the evolution of management practices in emerging and fragile economies. She is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in recognition of her efforts relating to doctoral student learning and teaching at the Universities of Bradford, Lagos and the Eurasian Doctoral Summer School (EDSA).

Prof. Cornelius is responsible for overseeing academic content, coordination of EDSA’s program and its academic cadre, ensuring teaching quality in teaching practices by recommending teaching strategies and the assigning the participants with suitable academic consultant/Distinguished visiting Professors(s).

Academic Lead / Director 2 – Professor James Wallace (PhD)

Professor James Wallace is an academician researching and teaching in the areas of International Management, Research Ethics, Entrepreneurship and Quantitative Methods in the School of Management, University of Bradford. Until 2015, Prof. Wallace was Director of the School’s Ph.D. Program, with a remit for the development of doctoral training in the School as well as the University’s former Graduate School. He was also a member of the Northern Research Advanced Training Institute (NARTI) on behalf of the School of Management.

Prof. Wallace shares equal responsibilities with Prof. Cornelius in overseeing academic content, coordination of EDSA’s program and its academic cadre, ensuring teaching quality in teaching practices by recommending teaching strategies and the general administration of consultant/Distinguished visiting Professors(s).
